refrigerator with ice maker. The wall units include lighted cabinets where you

At the back of the hangar is a 300 sq ft tool room/shop area with built in cabinets
and at the end of the tool room is a separate compressor room and storage area
to keep noise to a minimum.

The hangar has a 10 x 42 foot bi-fold door, a separate roll-up garage door and
a personnel door for easy access. Three large windows let light into the hangar.
Pull your plane out onto the concrete drive and prepare it for taxi to runway 11/29.

And for more storage there is an additional unfinished area under the main level of
the house with easy doorway access from the house or the hangar.

Diamond Point Airport (2WA1) is situated between Discovery Bay and Sequim Bay with
the most spectacular views in Washington, and that’s saying a lot!

After a quick trip to Port Townsend for lunch at the Spruce Goose you return to
land on the lighted 24 x 2,300 foot runway, 260 feet AGL, and taxi to your hangar.

Sequim is known as the banana belt of the northwest, getting between 10 and 12

Winters are mild with daytime temperatures in the 50’s, nighttime lows in the 30’s,
and an occasional snowfall. Summers are just as mild with highs in the upper 70’s,
